The Carnival Sunshine underwent a major renovation and came back with a Havana Bar, Serenity Bar, and Alchemy Bar as the core of a bar lineup that’s stronger than the ship’s age might suggest. The Havana-style pool area runs adults-only in the evenings and draws passengers who want the Vista-class Havana experience without booking one of the newer ships. Ji Ji Asian Kitchen, Bonsai Sushi, and Guy’s Burger Joint handle the casual dining demand, with Seafood Shack adding the lighter nautical option. The Serenity adults-only section of Cloud 9 Spa functions as the quieter outdoor retreat. Playlist Productions covers the main theater schedule, and the Comedy Club sees consistent demand on sea days. The overall feel is of a mid-size ship that punches above its vintage on bars and outdoor spaces.
